Why should I go to Campbell Urgent Care?

Campbell Urgent Care offers prompt and affordable medical care seven days a week.

Who will take care of me?

Campbell Urgent Care is staffed with experienced board certified physicians and physician assistants.

How long will I have to wait?

While every attempt will be made to see you as quickly as possible, wait times will vary based on the number of patients before you.

What forms of insurance do you accept?

Campbell Urgent Care accepts most medical insurances including: BCBS, BCN, HAP, Aetna, Priority Health, United Healthcare and many more. It is important that patients know their insurance policy to avoid any unexpected costs.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards as well as Cash.

Do you take appointments?

Appointments are not necessary for urgent care; you may walk in at any time and request to be seen.

What should I bring?

Bring your insurance card, government issued photo identification (i.e. driver license), and any other medical information that may be helpful.If you do not carry a list of your current medications, simply bring the medication bottles.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday 7am-11pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-9pm

When should I go to the Emergency Room?

Campbell Urgent Care is not a substitute for emergency room care. You should use a hospital's Emergency room for serious medical problems. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please call 911 or get to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately:
  • Severe abdominal pain
  • Severe difficulty breathing
  • Sudden dizziness, weakness or loss of coordination
  • Sudden blurred,double or loss of vision
  • Numbness or weakness in your face, arm, or leg
  • Vomiting blood
  • Severe Burns
  • Seizures

What is urgent care?

Urgent care is the prompt evaluation and treatment of most non-lifethreatening illnesses and injuries. When you can’t get in to see your physician and you have an unexpected illness or injury that does not pose a life threatening danger to your self.
